Course Description:

This presentation will explore how to create neuro-inclusive practices in dentistry.

Course Objectives:

After this course, participants will be able to: Explore a range of characteristics and ways to accommodate neurodiversity.

About the Speakers

Julie Oberbroeckling is a Speech and Language Pathologist and certified Life Coach specializing in neurodivergence. For over two decades, she has worked in various settings, including schools, private practice, and as an adjunct faculty member at Elmhurst University. Julie employs traditional and nontraditional treatment methodologies to foster long-term client relationships. 

Precious Schultz graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and Economics. She worked in consulting until her son, Alan, was born. Then, she received her PhD in Special Education from the school of hard knocks! She fiercely advocates for Alan and has created a supportive village around him.
