Voiding a Duplicate Transaction

You received two confirmation emails of your transaction, your transaction may have submitted/processed twice. Please email us (see above) by 3p.m. CST and we will attempt to Void duplicate transaction or refund one transaction on following day.

Refunds/Returns

Our website accepts voluntary contributions or occasional registration for activities such as a golf charity event. Any refund/return requests are at the discretion of our Board of Directors and/or Executive Director/Associate Executive Director and we will notify you via email their decision for refund requests within 10 days.

If your refund/return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 days.

Cancellation for any events (such as golf charity event) must be made at least 30 days prior to charitable event unless same marketing materials for event state a different cancellation timeline.

Shipping

If refund relates to defective merchandise shipped, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Mail return items to above address.
