2025 Midwinter Meeting FAQs
The Midwinter Meeting will be held Thursday – Saturday, Feb. 20 – 22, 2025, at Chicago’s McCormick Place West building.
The McCormick Place West Building is located at 2301 S. Indiana Ave, Chicago, IL 60616.
Yes, attendee information can be updated after someone registers. Attendees can also log back into their profile to add courses and register for special events. However, we highly recommend registering for your courses as soon as possible before courses fill up. Once a course is filled, it will no longer be available.
Register early for free lectures as these courses are often the first to fill.
Yes, the Midwinter Meeting mobile app will once again be available to attendees. Attendees will be able to download the app in mid-January to plan schedules, preview speakers and exhibitors and connect with other attendees via the app.
No. The 2025 Midwinter Meeting will take place exclusively in person.
Networking is a core benefit of attending the Midwinter Meeting. As such, there will be ample opportunities to network and connect with colleagues and friends during the event. There will be a series of Midwinter Meeting-exclusive events, including a Dental Student Reception, Early Career and New Dentist Reception, Sips, Suds & Sales and more.
You can obtain your CE certificates at least one week after the event closes either through the Midwinter Meeting mobile app or at www.cds.org. Save your badge to have the proper registration and sequence information. Certificates are free through April 30; after that, a $35 fee will apply.
All 2024 rebates must have been redeemed onsite.
Rebates are now closed.
All current CDS member dentists who pre-registered before February were eligible for the annual Midwinter Meeting Rebate Program.
For the 2024 Midwinter Meeting, the rebate values were:
- October/November: $50
- December: $35
- January: $25
- February: $0
- Must be a current CDS member with dues paid in full or enrolled in an ADA auto-renew program.
- Must pre-register for the Midwinter Meeting before February.
- Must make a purchase from a Midwinter Meeting exhibitor during the live dates of the Midwinter Meeting.
- Registration fees and lecture fees are excluded from this offer.
CDS Member Rebate Program Eligibility Requirements
All registration cancellations or requests for refunds must be made by contacting our registration partner by email at CDS-MWM@attregistration.com.
The deadline to request a refund is Feb. 6.
